Wendy Campbell brings a wealth of experience as an Associate of The Higher Mix.  

Involved in running and developing leadership programs and coaching; thinking partnerships for over 45 years, she is also a celebrated author on these subjects. Having established community groups, she has led many organisations through radical times of change.

Wendy coaches with great purpose our business and community leader clients; helping them to tackle challenges with fairness and focus. Acting as a sounding board, she is a most respected, competent coach for managers who require her mentorship, support and guidance.

Inspiring, structured sessions help leaders make the "tough" choices, get clarity as to their direction and achieve their more important goals.  As a life-long leader of change; Wendy assists leadership development and branding efforts include:

Ian’s expertise spans 27 years in management and as consultant psychologist. Holding a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) with first class Honours and a Master of Psychology (Organisational) from Curtin University in Western Australia, Ian is also a Member of the Australian Psychological Society.

As a registered Organisational Psychologist, Ian’s particular skill sets include specialist areas of executive coaching, candidate assessment, facilitation, leadership development and culture for The Higher Mix.

Ian has worked with some of largest enterprises in Australia. He continues to coach and assess leaders from broadest range of industries through just about every level of an organisation.   

He is also cricket tragic;  actively involved in the sport here in Western Australia.
