She's introduced best practice in recruitment management and various solutions to support attraction & retention strategies, in both human resources departments and marketing divisions, for several large scale resource sector companies (mining and oil & gas). Employer brand and strategy solutions to attract quality talent and remain competitive in challenging marketplaces.
With extensive experience with international recruitment campaigns, strategies and online recruitment, and designing compelling EVP and employee communications; also involved in first-hand integration of recruitment software for our clients. Having produced outsourcing solutions, on-boarded new staff and as Account Manager for the public sector. assisting brand-builds to attract new customers to other departments.All this experience, expertise naturally lends itself to Tamara contributing great insight and input into The Higher Mix’s employer branding and change management projects for our valued clients.
