Pierre, an experienced executive level consultant across the risk management field has over 18 years’ experience managing complex, corporate and project based deliverables within a broad range of sectors, incl. Renewables, Infrastructure, Marine, Petrochemical, Logistics, Oil & Gas, Defence, Resources and more.

Pierre possesses broad industry knowledge and skills incorporating both strategic and operational cost savings and risk-reducing initiatives in a business-partnered approach, positively impacting upon our client’s organisation’s development, effectiveness and ultimately their brand value. 

Solutions-focused, Pierre’s expertise lies in operational and strategic risk management initiatives, stakeholder engagement, operational efficiency delivery, client engagement, enterprise risk management, business internal and external assurance and corporate management/development.   

As key player on our executive team, Pierre brings a wealth of ‘on-the-ground’ experience and success incl. projects dealing with the cultural context in Canada, America, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Venezuela, UK, South Africa, Nigeria, Uganda, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Ireland, Turkey, Qatar, KSA, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Iraq, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, China, Thailand, Vietnam and Australia.

Ian’s expertise spans 27 years in management and as consultant psychologist. Holding a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) with first class Honours and a Master of Psychology (Organisational) from Curtin University in Western Australia, Ian is also a Member of the Australian Psychological Society.

As a registered Organisational Psychologist, Ian’s particular skill sets include specialist areas of executive coaching, candidate assessment, facilitation, leadership development and culture for The Higher Mix.

Ian has worked with some of largest enterprises in Australia. He continues to coach and assess leaders from broadest range of industries through just about every level of an organisation.   

He is also cricket tragic;  actively involved in the sport here in Western Australia.
