Nicky's career has spanned over 15 years in leadership and development of individuals and teams through management and training roles.

Experienced in various leadership styles, Nicky has a pragmatic and direct approach to performance improvement.

Nicky has a Bachelor of Behavioural Science from Charles Darwin University (2004), Cert IV in training and Assessment (TAE40110 – Army RTO), Practitioner of NLP (The Coaching Institute), Practitioner of Deep State Patterning (The Coaching Institute), Credentialed Practitioner of Coaching (The Coaching Institute), and continues her training at the Professional Coach Level as well as various business and organisational level training.

Currently Nicky is working directly with a group of CEO's and several SME business owners, assisting innovative, entrepreneurial organisations with inclusive training, in corporate and high performance environments for our clients.

Nicky has extensive training in human behaviour with her no B.S attitude gets our clients the results they are after. Her core skills and competencies include executive coaching and mentoring, team training and coaching, personal coaching, business leadership coaching and business coaching for SMEs.

Leading, particpating in and delivering various programs and training, as well as personal coaching and mentoring with organisations in retail, SME policy and procedure teams, medium-large corporate leadership teams in IT industry, aviation and other operational multinational military organisations. She also has experience with local government.  Nicky's specialties include:

Ian’s expertise spans 27 years in management and as consultant psychologist. Holding a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) with first class Honours and a Master of Psychology (Organisational) from Curtin University in Western Australia, Ian is also a Member of the Australian Psychological Society.

As a registered Organisational Psychologist, Ian’s particular skill sets include specialist areas of executive coaching, candidate assessment, facilitation, leadership development and culture for The Higher Mix.

Ian has worked with some of largest enterprises in Australia. He continues to coach and assess leaders from broadest range of industries through just about every level of an organisation.   

He is also cricket tragic;  actively involved in the sport here in Western Australia.
