George is an accomplished strategist and change manager with over 10 years of experience. He has worked in various industries, serving large corporations such as Pfizer, Wells Fargo Bank and the Vanguard Group, in addition to domestic organisations including Gold Fields Australia, Cooperative Bulk Handling Group (CBH) and the University of Western Australia (UWA).

Strong achievement orientation enables George to excel at strategy execution, facilitation and business analysis. Having been both a client and consultant, George is passionate about delivering well executed projects that add value, build relationships and drive teams to their goals.

Originally hailing from Greater New York City, George is known for his straight-talking, professional brand. He holds a BA from the University of California at Berkeley, MSc from the University of Western Australia, and MBA from the University of Cape Town. George is working toward his PhD in Regional Planning at the University of Western Australia.

In his down-time, George enjoys spending time with his husband, Steven, painting and playing water polo.

Ian’s expertise spans 27 years in management and as consultant psychologist. Holding a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) with first class Honours and a Master of Psychology (Organisational) from Curtin University in Western Australia, Ian is also a Member of the Australian Psychological Society.

As a registered Organisational Psychologist, Ian’s particular skill sets include specialist areas of executive coaching, candidate assessment, facilitation, leadership development and culture for The Higher Mix.

Ian has worked with some of largest enterprises in Australia. He continues to coach and assess leaders from broadest range of industries through just about every level of an organisation.

He is also cricket tragic; actively involved in the sport here in Western Australia.
