Emma is an Executive and Leadership Coach with more than 20 years’ experience working with leaders and management executives to create success.
Driven by a profound sense of empathy and understanding for people, Emma’s passion is to inspire, empower and nurture female and male leaders. Her personal approach, built on trust and respect is a foundation to lifelong relationships.
When it comes to coaching Emma’s “no time-wasting” approach, she works closely with you to put practical, achievable steps in place.
Emma helps leaders turn their ultimate dreams into reality. Applying a hands-on approach to coaching Emma works with clients closely on the pain-points in their business or career whether this is reviewing business financials on a weekly basis, coaching leaders through difficult leadership problems, motivating them in challenging times and/or developing tools to help the business or career stay on the right track.
Emma embarked on mentoring and leadership roles at early stage of her career. She has
demonstrated successes in human resources and recruitment industries; most significantly 15 years as a corporate senior executive working in the area of cultural leadership change with the international not-for- profit organisation, World Vision.
Emma is a certified Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL) coach, a certified Hogan coach, a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Superannuation Trustees and has experience on several boards in non-executive positions.
Emma is a faculty member with Women and Leadership Australia’s Accelerated Leadership program where she has successfully mentored over 100 women at various stages in their careers.
