Chris is a highly experienced, results-oriented, strategically focused business manager with broad knowledge and experience in business, sales, general management, product optimisation, marketing, team leadership and change management.

An energetic, excellent communicator, Chris is key member of The Higher Mix executive team with responsibilities including engaging with clients, associates, staff and stakeholders at all levels.

Chris has unparalleled connections in Asia Pacific and Europe with a deep understanding of the markets there, and of the diverse cultural settings and sensitivities - this makes Chris invaluable to us.  He actively markets for The Higher Mix across China, Singapore, Thailand and Germany where he has lived and worked previously as an expatriate. Chris also speaks fluent Bahasa Indonesia.

25+ years of honed experience, significant success and competencies incl. strategic alliances, business partnerships, commercialisation, distribution, leadership and team management (150+ staff) and managing P&Ls Euro 65M million.

Chris is most at home when optimizing client outcomes, in even the most complex scenarios, improving their margins and market shares.

Ian’s expertise spans 27 years in management and as consultant psychologist. Holding a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) with first class Honours and a Master of Psychology (Organisational) from Curtin University in Western Australia, Ian is also a Member of the Australian Psychological Society.

As a registered Organisational Psychologist, Ian’s particular skill sets include specialist areas of executive coaching, candidate assessment, facilitation, leadership development and culture for The Higher Mix.

Ian has worked with some of largest enterprises in Australia. He continues to coach and assess leaders from broadest range of industries through just about every level of an organisation.   

He is also cricket tragic;  actively involved in the sport here in Western Australia.
