Aleks is our CMO and a branding expert so she is also trusted brand, communications and social advisor to our clients.

A conceptual and practical thinker, with a strong background in global mining, software, hi-tech manufacturing and communications infrastructure; Aleksandra has developed a unique ability to translate complex service offerings into clear market offerings.

She is passionate about building stronger relationships and understanding our clients’ business needs/goals.

Aleksandra’s international B2B and B2C marketing experience includes Europe, the U.S.A. and Australia. Her career built on the strong foundations of two Master degrees from Faculty of Management at University of Warsaw in Poland and completion of the Socrates/Erasmus Program at the University of Mannheim in Germany.

Ian’s expertise spans 27 years in management and as consultant psychologist. Holding a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) with first class Honours and a Master of Psychology (Organisational) from Curtin University in Western Australia, Ian is also a Member of the Australian Psychological Society.

As a registered Organisational Psychologist, Ian’s particular skill sets include specialist areas of executive coaching, candidate assessment, facilitation, leadership development and culture for The Higher Mix.

Ian has worked with some of largest enterprises in Australia. He continues to coach and assess leaders from broadest range of industries through just about every level of an organisation.

He is also cricket tragic; actively involved in the sport here in Western Australia.
