ADAM SAHB
DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS STRATEGY SERVICES (ASSOCIATE)
Adam is a strategist, technologist and futurist. He has worked in start-up, commercialisation and the mature business sector, applying his extensive business acumen and helping to position companies for stronger, more robust and sustainable futures.
Adam has worked with large construction companies, such as Leighton Contractors (now CPB Contractors), Downer EDI and Clough, both as employee and strategic consultant. He appreciates the complexity associated with developing strategies for companies immersed in a long history and culture.
With an MBA from Curtin University, Adam is working towards achieving AICD accreditation so he can provide further strategic input at the Board level.
In more recent times, before aligning with The Higher Mix, Adam was working with numerous international, cutting edge technology companies who are looking to penetrate the Australian and New Zealand markets. During which he developed an astute understanding of international business culture, and therefore, opportunities that tended to lie outside ANZ such as IoT and Smart City projects, which continue to develop.
Working to deliver strategic partnerships with Philips, Bosch, Cisco and Intel, Adam has been instrumental in creating new business and financial models demanded by the new global economy. During this time, he has worked on projects in Australia, Asia and Africa.
Relationships are at the heart of Adam’s business ethic; an attitude which has enabled him to open doors to opportunities where others have previously failed. With a keen interest in the emerging social enterprise sector, Adam uses the positive ebb of relationship building to produce good corporate citizens, generating value and mutual benefits for both company and community.
Outside of work, Adam is a Formula 1 addict, photographer, gym junkie and extreme sport enthusiast. Enjoying travelling and seeing the world through the eyes of his two children.
